1

How does it work?

We take a regular sized tee and fold it to fit in a mold (the shape you choose for compressing). Then you load the shirt into the mold and a machine squishes it down. Inserts are then added and the shirts are sent to the shrink wrapper where they become packaged.

2

Do the wrinkles come out?

Yes. After you open your tee, it will still be in the compressed shape. Wash as you would with other printed garments, preferably inside out. For best results, do not let shirt dry completely in the dryer take it out while still slightly damp and hang to dry.

3

Can you make a custom shape and what does it cost?

Absolutely! Every shape we’ve built began as a custom shape. We’d be happy to make a custom shape for you. Cost depends upon quantity of t-shirts required and complexity of the desired shape.

4

Will you make a mock-up so I can sell management on the concept?

Of course! We can create a spec sample for your client. Send us the desired artwork and well do a mock up of their potential compressed tee.

5

Is the screen-printed image shown through the shrink wrap?

What you see is actually a full color insert card with your design of choice. It does not have to be the same as the tee imprint.

6

How does one tell the various sizes of shirts one orders if they've been compressed and one can't read the labels?

Our insert cards are printed with the sizing information to make it easy to determine the size of each shirt.

What is the allowable imprint area on the shirt itself?

We can imprint 11-13" wide for a full coverage imprint. The length depends on the shirt size.
